Is there some trick to getting the "Tag" feature to work, on the radio? (I have 2013 RX450h w/ Nav)

I have tagged a few songs, and none have worked. The owner's manual says the tagged information is sent to the connected iPod, unless error message is displayed. I've received no error messages, yet the tagged information does not appear on iPod (iPhone, in my case), including when connected to iTunes (via my Mac). According to what I've read, the tagged songs are supposed to appear under "Store" or "Playlists" in iTunes (on computer) when iPod/iPhone is connected. But I see no tagged songs anywhere--not on iPhone, not in iTunes on my Mac, and not in my account information in iTunes Store.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
