Radio Buzzing noise that's increases with RPM's...
I have read up on this subject and found that this is caused by wires crossing, or a bad ground from the unit to engine...? This is on a 92 SC400. Radio is a JVC KD-A525 CD player and radio.
There is a buzzing noise whether the car is on or not. The noise sounds when the unit is on and all 4 speakers make the exact noise. The buzzing moves with the RPM load as well. The higher RPM there is, the higher pitch the buzz is. The radio doesn't even work...I do have the correct harness, and the correct wire into the unit to get radio frequency. Also, whenever I play a CD with the unit, it makes a gurgling sort of sound 2 times when reading the disc, and as well as when I go to the next track on the disc. Could it be tint?
Any advice is appreciated.

Age don't matter it could be a faulty unit. In most instances it's something simple that was over looked.
I had a head unit that I installed in our sequoia that started turning on and off randomly. Checked all my wiring and it all looked good but it turned out the ground cable came loose at the grounding point which I did not check the first time. If all else fails pull everything out and re-accomplish the install.

No ground, anywhere, just a harness. There was a radio signal wire that did not have a connection area...I removed the unit and am going to add to my FS thread. I put the old unit back in with the correct mounts so each unit is flush with one another.
Thanks for your ideas anyhow...
