I just moved my vehicle from the mainland to a new area and my enform apps can’t connect to the vehicle, and SOS won’t connect. I am pretty sure it is about the vehicle not being able to connect to the cell service. I called Lexus and they said to take it into any Toyota or Lexus dealer and they can fix it there.

I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way I can fix it myself?
