Can 2 15inch subwoofers fit into an 2012 IS250?
Just wanna know if any members have that kinda setup before I start looking around for a nice setup. Thanks.

In a factory box, aftermarket? from the bottom of the trunk to the top lip (closest to the ski pass through) is 15" high. pending you build your own custom setup or box you would need to move that out to the higher raised area of the trunk (closer to the license plate side) meaning less room. Unless you find a sweet "truck style box" that is angled and can effectively slide it back. I have been meaning to update my signature with my new custom box setup. its 15" high and it barely fits all the way back.

True. Ported or sealed box too. location location location and how much room the box needs to take up per the sub you pick out. Took me a few hours to construct my box and I'm happy with it. 1-10" Kicker L7 sealed box.....see my new picture in my "garage". not great quality but it works. still have to play around with the interior volume, maybe a rebuild.

2 15s usually require a pretty stout box. My other car with the Kicker 15 in it...my box is roughly 4.75cuft of air space...now...thats a pretty big box. But that is still smaller than what is recommended for it. You can always get smaller boxes, but 15's aren't designed to be in small boxes. They love the air...and the sound will prove it.

It also depends on your imagination. Fiberglass enclosures will yield more air space. My box at 1.2 cubic feet is an 15" H x 23.5" W x 8" H with 3/4" MDF. But yes it will take up a lot of room comparatively.

I got my 2 15's put in today. The guy had to make a custom box because most of the generic 16W x 16H x32L inch boxes did not fit, cost me a little extra but I am satisfied.

I was running my friends 15" Alpine Type R's for a while in my IS350. They were in a tiny sealed box, too small for subs IMO. Basically the subs were pretty much right next to each other and even then the box would only fit laying down with the woofers facing up. Definitely get something custom so it looks cleaner and not just a box sitting in the trunk.

I'd read up at http://www.diymobileaudio.com/ - a single good 12/15 will easily outperform those 15s and leave you more trunk space. Its not about how many subs or 12/15s etc. Its about the quality of the components, box design and install.
Adding multiple subs generally doesnt gain you much in terms of loudness - it does however require double the box size, double the amp and sub cost - not to mention an additional load on your electrical system. Spend the extra on a good 12 or single 15 - the money saved will let you beef up the amp, sound deadening etc which will leave the system sounding better in the long run.
