Dw-tech alarms
So I'm making the big move to Cali this winter and I've been looking around for an alarm system that I'd like. I came across the dw-tech st800 and st960.
The reason I like these are because the fact that it'll make my 02 GS kinda like a newer model Lexus because of the proximity disarm and the push start button. And don't forget it has remote start too.
My question is.. Is this too good to be true? Anyone have any experience with their alarm? It's not like it's super cheap and I have money to just throw around.
Any help is appreciated guys.
Even suggestions on diff alarm systems. Lol.

Never heard of the company at all. Couple of concerns.
1. I was not thrilled to see the picture of the immobilizer bypass unit on their website. The bold presence of Chinese writing gives me little confidence. I have had students that bought cheap Chinese alarms via ebay and they are AWFUL!!!! VERY poor instructions that inaccurately explain how the particular unit works and they tended to NOT work well.
2. Steering wheel lock!!! It appears that the steering wheel lock is overridden and remains unlocked all the time. In order to protect a car we must also think like a thief. If I were a thief I would break a window, pop the hood, cut the siren, then using the shift unlock button shift to neutral and push and steer the car down the block to my waiting flatbed.
3. New-ness/Untested by the masses. Only time will tell if this is a truly good product. Also, the lack of installation manual online prevents us professionals from seeing how it is truly installed without purchasing it. Again, does not fill me with confidence.
