Total System upgrade
Well i have a 92 sc4oo, the one with out the cd changer.
Headunit- i have a pioneer avic N2 from my last car
Front Speakers- i replaced the stock 4"s with Pioneer Ts-a1684r 6.5's, 4 way... 700w for the pair
Sub- i received my 10" pioneer dual 4 ohm ts-w259d4 today in the mail ... 1200watts, and i plan on mounting in stock location on rear deck
Rear- i want to order the Pioneer TS-A1072R 4, 3-way, 300w for the pair but im not sure if it would be a waste
Amp- amp choice is up in the air but by monday i will order....right now i have my eyes on the Power Acoustik STAX 2300/4, 2300W Max and its 4 Channel class A/B STAX
Thoughts?

You are quoting Max Power and not RMS. Big mistake
Sub is 350w rms not 1200w
fronts are 50w RMS not 700
rears are 20w RMS not 300
The Sub you have is not well suited for an Infinite Baffle setup. Its QTS of 1.00 is best suited for a sealed enclosure.
The Amp you have is 200w x 4 @ 4 ohms.
200w to each of your seperates channels will fry them in no time. Too much power.
What channel are you going to use for the sub?? You need 5-channels or an additional dedicated mono-block sub amp.
