Trying to install aftermarket amp and sub

Hey everyone I'm trying to install an after market sub and amp into my 07 IS 350. I tired doing some search but the resulted thread weren't very specific as to what i need to install the sub and amp. So i was wondering if you guys can give me a specific list of the wires I need to do the installation.

The main questions is that does the head unit have a rca slot or do i need to splice the stock wires for the stock amp?
