and yeah he looks like he does good work. but he'd probably charge me a lot for something i already know quite a bit about. he lives in san jose too, only about 45 min from me.
have you seena anyone on here with actual speaker pillards installed? i havnt and i searched.

I'll take some pics of them installed later.
Yeah it's in my GS400. I wanted to get the tweeters ear level, the window sills aren't exactly the best position for speakers and didn't have room for the ones I wanted put in.

im strongly thinking about going 3 way with my speaker set up.
so midrange and tweeters in the A pillars.
maybe even 2 way, with just tweets in the pillars. but if im going to have to fabricate pillars, i might as well add the midrange in there to get better sound. idk how much better the tweeters would sound in the A pillars from their current stock location in the corner of the door, so pretty much il only do this if i go 3 way

i want to set up a better front stage in my car.
not sure if i should bother with the big hassle of going 3 way and fabricating a pillars and having the difficulty of tunning 3 way or if i should just go with a really good set of components (2 way). but i love the way a pillars look with mid/tweet in them.
