Default Replacing the door speakers on '03 ML. Do I need to use crossovers?

2003 GS430. I'm keeping the ML head unit and amps. The componet speakers all come with crossovers. But wouldn't crossovers be unnecessary in this application? I'm assuming that the ML system has internal crossovers of some sort. Also what omn rating do I need for the doors?

My RX takes 8ohms all round, thinking GS does the same. Three options: replace with original, replace with Cadence, replace with DC Gold...

i haven't found any other 8 ohm car speakers but if you do..please let me know.
