Default Fresh Install questions, Quesion on isolators?

Kenwood Head unit, Fosgate 5 channel amp, RCAs through center to amp and from amp into stock speaker wiring spliced in after the stock amp.
Power from battery down driver side, amp grounded to gas tank mount.

If car is off there is a low hum, if car is on there is a bad whine.
I have been looking at the ground loop isolators online and was wondering if I need 3, one for each RCA channel (Front/Back/Sub) or will just one work on one chan?

Should I find a better ground maybe?

I saw a isolator that looked like it went into the power line somewhere, do those work better than the RCAs?
