Question How to Convert a Radio from American to European Standard

The only problem with using let's say american stereos in europe\middle east\GCC countries is that you don't catch all the stations because we here use odd and even stations(97.1, 97.2, 97.3,97.4) jumping 100khz each time so with that being said using a european stereo in the states would catch all the stations even the ones you don't use.

I own a lexus LS400 and LS430 both American imported and having the same 200khz stepping radio.

Is there a way to modify\fix the radio to overcome this issue.

What year are your car from?
Or even better, whats your VIN?

I can check the carparts db here in sweden which I know do have some LS400/430 stereos for sale.
