SOS please help, tape stuck on sc deck wont stop
So this is my first post and I'm really hoping this great community can help me.

I have a sc300 1998 with stock radio, 12 changer in trunk plus tape deck. Changer died years ago and I've been using a tape adaptor I believe from Belkin. Well today it stuck in the deck! Radio screen is now blank and responds to nothing, not power or eject or changing to fm mode, just sits blank.

Worse yet the damn thing is still spooling, even after the Key is out of the ignition. So it's draining battery right now as I ride the train to university helpless to stop it! Should I just get a flat plastic implement and try to force it out? In the past sometimes the Lexus radio would trip up with the adaptor, attempt to rewind it fail and then eject everytime I try to put it back. I'm kind of hoping it just trips out while in gone, ejects and resets before it kills my battery..

I need help, has anyone had this happen to them before?
