Hi Everyone

Hoping to get some quick help. I've got an '07 RX350 with NAV, no ML. I want to add an aftermarket amp and upgrade the speakers.

I understand that I need an interface to deliver the factory signals to an amp. From doing some reading here, seems like JL and Rockford both have solutions for this. I've also noticed that people add in something called a "cleansweep" that eliminates the factory EQ settings.....is this necessary??

I'm trying to figure out my parts list that I need to shop for, Here is what i think I need:

1) An interface
2) Possibly a cleansweep???
3) Amplifier (# of channels to be figured out...see sub comment below)
4) Front component speakers
5) Rear speakers
6) Not decided on a subwoofer

Is there a resource out there that can help me figure out what speakers fit in the RX350?? In the past I've relied on Crutchfield's database, but the RX wasn't in it.

Appreciate any help I can get.

I'm in the process of installing the cleansweep. Just to let u know if u plan to use the cleansweep you would need to amp all speakers for them to work. Any speakersu don't amp will not work. The processor uses the cleansweep to distribute power. Gl
