I need help finding a quality "Id Immobilizer"

I wanted 2 buy the old-fashion id immobilizer with the id card on your keychain that you just wave around the unlock your car! I figure that is the best killswitch you can buy! If not please let me know! Im trying 2 buy 1 asap! Im willing 2 spend at the most $200 not installation!plez help me find the best security system!
