Me wants a w7 but me sad that w7's only come in 3 ohms. Me amp only puts out ~300 at 3 ohms. Me need 2 ohm DVC or 1 ohm SVC model for best output from me amp.

when you had ur 12w6v2 how many watts was it getting with the 500/1?

I couldn't even tell you. The audio place i go to tuned everything for me.

Image Dynamics are great subs as well. I had 2 10" IDQs in my previous car. I would of went with them again, but I couldn't find an authorized dealer down here in SD. But hey, I am happy with my W7.

i used to install, i put two 13w7's in the JL enclosure's on 2 1000/1's it was INSANE i thought the trunk was gonna blow off the car.

Id love to have a 10w7 on a 500/1 that setup sounds great.
