Antenna Conversion
I thought I'd share this to all of you
My antenna doesn't go up anymore, and so, I decided to put
in my extra s2k antenna.
Good reception and anti theft lock under.
I used the OEM antenna base, and the internal pieces for reception.
I just did it, even tho I don't use my radio much
Cheers-

We've had a good bit of "ducky" antenna installs, and this one is a bit taller than some I have seen around here. It looks good, but there are even more compact one's floating around the forum.
As long as this stays a "show off" thread it can stay here. If it gets tech it has to go to the proper forum.

Thanks ALL for the kindness remarks
I will take day shots soon
I'll keep an eye out if someone has one for sale.
I traveled outside LA and went all the way to West Covina, and Santa Clarita,
and dang the reception ain't so bad.
