Remove rear deck of 2001 GS430??

Remove rear deck of 2001 GS430??
Can some one please tell me how to remove the rear deck of my GS430 in order to mount a replacement Subwoofer? Thank you very much for your input!

Start by giving the bottom of the rear seat a good yank on each side to pop the front up. Then it will slide right out. There are 4 12mm bolts holding the bottom of the back and one behind each headrest. Just pull up at the bottom of the seam behind the headrest and you will see the holes. The seatbelt holders pop up on one side so you can slide the belts out. Then just pull the seat.
Once the seat is out pull the upper side panels and the 3 clips at the front of the rear deck. Pull the 3rd brake light and it will slide strait back and thats it. There are two clips holding the black mat under the rear deck. They are toward the window toward the corners. After those are pulled out you can fold it back and have all the room you need to get the sub out.
There are some pics on the forum I belive of where the bolts are if you have trouble. A search should help out in that.
