Lexus V-12

I have a 98 lexus with stock Pioneer head unit model number KEX-M8066ZT and it did not come with the stock cd changer. I have an after market Pioneer 6 disk changer model CDX-FM677. I want to use the IP-BUS to link the stock head unit to the cd player, so I do not have to use the FM Modulator. I have the Lexus wiring harness sitting right there, can I alter a IP-Bus cable such as the CD-IP150 to come out of the cd player and connect to the stock lexus wiring harness? yes the pioneer changer you have can be modified with lexus pcb boards and plug into your stock wiring if its there. if the 98 gs did not come with changer from factory it wont have cd changer the wiring . i have both the boards and the wiring if you need both.

im sorry, the car is a 98 es300 and it does have the harness right there. I would like more information on the pcb board modification. Would I cut the plug off the harness's plug right at the end(because i already did that trying to experiment), and I assume that i would not need to purchase the IP-bus cable from pioneer?
