Aftermarket alarm install GS400
Please lend me your expertise. I would like to hook up a new aftermarket alarm and be albe to use my factory alarm with it like BananaGS did. I attached the wiring diagrams for the aftermarket alarm system. I believe the GS400 is a negative trigger door lock system, right? Here is what I am thinking…
1. Should I connect the White/Black wire of my aftermarket to both the Pink/Black & Light Green/Black wires of the factory alarm via one diode each?
2. Should I connect the White wire of my aftermarket to the Light Green/Red & Grey & Pink/Green wires of the factory alarm via one diode each?
3. According to my aftermarket alarm wiring diagram, should I cap off the Orange and Orange/Black wires and ground the Yellow and Yellow/Black wires?
4. Looking at the first diagram… I need to know where the following wires are and what color they are in the GS:
(+) trunk wire
(-) trunk trigger
(-) hood trigger
(-) power window output
Door pin/door trigger(negative/positive) wire
5. Next hooking up the starter kill relay…
Looking at the diagram, should I connect relay pin 87A to +12V, and pin 30 to …?
Thanks for the help

This is the pic from BananaGS's website(great site):

This is what I was trying to use to combine the two systems.
