Anything I can do to boost reception... except of course replacing the head unit?
I get NOTHING on AM. In my other car I get stations as far as 400 miles.

AM Reception
Yes, it is your antenna. It happened to me. Have Lexus pull a technical bulletin for your year and it will have a procedure to fix it. The antenna does not need to be replaced, but there is a procedure to clean certain parts.
It can be frustrating dealing with incompetent Lexus service people, but insist the check the bulletins.
