how do I patch a holes in my fiber glass box?

Hello peeps,
I want to install some dynamat in my trunk. The people that installed the box failed to tell me that there were a couple of small screws that held it down. After I stubornly forced it, I riped a couple of holes and a small patch on the fiber glass bottom. Is there a fiber glass putty that I could buy in the store that will patch it up?
