Was wondering if I purchase an aftermarket headunit like a kenwood, alpine, or sony, will the head unit support the stock cd changer?

It depends on the year a make of the vechical, if it is newer around 98 or newer it will most likly not work. If it is older than 98 it may be possible with the right aftermarket radio. What is the changer out of?

Default Aftermarket Head Unit and Stock Changer

The car is a 00 ES300 with the stock Pioneer deck and changer.

I do not think there is currently a way to get it to work. There is a company working on a adapter to get a aftermarket changer to work with factory lexus headunits, but I dont think it is out yet. The company is blitszsafe, I believe they are out of new jersey.
