Audio guru's - I need some suggestions and advice on upgrading my audio system.

This is what I plan to do, however I am open to better suggestions and ways of doing this. First, let me clarify that I am NOT interested in competing in any sense of that word. I am strictly upgrading my audio system so that it sounds awesome and amazing. That's it!

I envision the upgrade in three main stages (due to my budget).

1st stage:
I have purchased two JL Audio 10W3 Version 2 Dual 2 ohms subs to replace the stock 8 inch sub (I have the Nak equipped GS.
I have also purchased a JBL 1200.1 mono amp (now I am finding out, it is not as wonderful as I thought it was based on other members feedback. Oh well, it will have to do for now). Perhaps a JL Audio 500/1 mono amp would have been a better choice.

I plan on getting these installed in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

2nd stage
Upgrade the front speakers with DynAudio 220MKII 6.5 component speakers
Remove the stock amp and replace it with a JL Audio 300/2 or 300/4 amp (which is the better choice? Help me out here please).

3rd stage
Upgrade the rear speakers - suggestions please....
I don't necessarily want to go with such high quality speakers as the Dynaudio's in front.

That's it for now.

Perhaps in the future some time, I might upgrade the Head Unit and install some navigation system. An in-dash integrated Nav would be my first choice.
I don't plan on installing TV's in the rear headrests any time soon, so this upgrade is strictly audio. Unless my sons threaten to kill me!
