Default Lexus LC F trademarked in USA

Exciting to see steps toward a LC F model. Although, this make it tougher for a potential buyer like me. I don't wanna buy a 100k car, then the performance variant comes out a year later.

It won't. The TTV8 should be coming closer to the mid-cycle refresh. Also remember that a hybrid LC500h also has to appear first before an F variant. At this time we'll likely see the LC500 drop the NA 5.0 and switch to the LS500 motor.

Are you saying LC F would have. V8TT or the LS500 motor? Also Hybrid LC500 is launching this May along side the V8 model. Not sure if I understand you correctly. I disagree but to each their own. A performance variant one or two years ago would definitely make regret my purchase. Just my two cents.

LC F will have a TTV8. The current LC500 with the 5.0 will likely revert to the LS500 powerplant around the time the F arrives. The LC will debut in May of this year but the h model won't be readily available as the 500 is.

More and more like Acura everyday.

All jokes aside, can't wait for this!

Fingers crossed for some epic fender action.

If they have indeed trademarked the LC F in the USA, then it stands to reason the LC F will likely come out, no matter what Lexus Corporate is saying at the moment. Time will tell.
