the only place you will be able to find them is on ebay. I think sewell has a couple of sets left, but they're still about the $300 mark.

don't know why they're that expensive, but I know the stock emblems themselves (not treaded) are expensive to begin with. I bought the front black pearl emblem and am going to plastidip the back ones w/ blk and hit them up w/ the pearl metalizer. i'll post a pic when I'm done. hopefully turns out close...haha.

This is the way to go.

As someone that bought and installed the black emblems, the front does look quite good, the back ones aren't as dark as I'd like. If you have an obsidian(black) IS the black grill surround and black pearl front emblem combination looks awesome.

How'd you do it? I've considered doing that myself.

I pm' someone about the window trim and got no answer

So, do I have to have to pay someone to vinyl wrap them?

I have the obsidian. I love the front grill already, however, I think the black pearl emblem and grill trim would look awesome. I just don't want to spend $1000 to get it done.

$135 seems to be the going rate on the black pearl front emblem, but if you don't want to go that route, you can always get the stock one tinted with either the spray tint they use on tail lights or you can use window tint as well. I like the black peal emblem though. it doesn't have that resin bubble. can be good and bad though; logo can get scratched and things like that.

vinyl wrapping isn't so bad. depending on where you're located (i.e. the amount of vinyl detailers in the area) will determine what you'll pay. if there's only one in town, then you'll probably have to pay a premium, but if shop b and c down the street does a good job, then you can shop around. for window sills and grille collar, I think it's a safe bet anywhere between $200-$300. I mean $300 may seem a high, but if that's what a shop charges and they're the only one in town, then "game over."

there are a couple members on here that have plastidipped their grille collars and they look pretty good too. so if you want to go that route, you can.
