Exclamation Hello guys! Recent accident

Hello guys I am quite new to this forum and recently I just picked up a 2014 is250 f sport silver metallic with rioja interior. And I barely had the car for less than ONE month and already have been into a slight accident. As I was on the way to work I was driving in the far left lane, as I pass up a intersection. A car was at a stop light making a right turn and some how this idiot driver had to turn into my lane when there was two OTHER lane he could got into. Having me pinned in, it was either let his car hit mines and risking the driver not having insurance and having my car damage more than that it is already. I decided to make a jump to hit the curb Planning on getting some 19s vossen cvt gloss graphite.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune....Did the stupid driver at least stop?

BTW...I assume you will go to have the rest of the car checked out? You will need a serious alignment and potentially other repairs.

Yes, an alignment for sure and hopefully not anymore repairs others than alignment. And no the driver did not stop after i passed him up going on the curb. I had to brake and pulled into the median to check my car. After he saw me he just pass on by like nothing ever happen. I took a major lost on this accident.
