He pinned me into lane #4 which curbed my rims to the right curb, since there was no shoulder, otherwise I would have avoided the accident. Going to get some back massages out of this.
Not surprising. Sounds like his fault. Just because you signal doesn't mean you have the right. The right is usually the car that has occupied that lane. Find the best most expensive shop and get it fixed!

Sounds to me like you should get some dash cams installed. I got mine installed just for these types of issues. Hopefully you took pictures of the other car and the license plate.

After a long process....my car is finally getting painted and will be ready next week!

The guy tried to claim it 50/50 side swipe when he pushed me to the curb, no way in hell i was going to let that happen...lawyer worked his magic! 100% his fault/liability

Glad it's worked out. Will they reinstall your side skirts?

your insurance company may have found it 100% fault to the other party, but what about his insurance company?

That's a subrogation issue. The insurance companies will hash it out on their own. By the way, there's not such thing as 100% at fault in insurance. By being on the road, you are adding to the risk so if you're really going into detail, even if you didn't cause the accident you're still partially at fault.

I'm a little unclear/concerned as to why it took so long to get your car in the spray booth...?

His insurance found it 100% so it was a claim through his insurance, my insurance did not pay out anything nor have a claim on my insurance.

No police report. His insurance was trying to negotiate 50/50 but after my lawyer fighting and having a recorded deposition with evidence on my right side (since he pushed me onto a curb when he changed lanes into me, since i was on the far right) it was his fault. If it was 50/50 and we both collided i would NOT have had damage on my right side as well since he collided into my left side. and that was adequate evidence for him to be wholly responsible

NOW TO WAIT FOR A SETTLEMENT CHECK

more mods???

To keep this simple and not to hijack the OP's thread I'll put it this way - wholly means that they're the at fault party. They won't (and by they I mean the insurance companies) use percentages because it complicates things. As a driver, the only thing you should be cognizant of is whether you're at fault or not and how (and who's) insurer paid the claim. It could be not at fault 51/49 at fault but as long as it doesn't show up on your driving record (known as the MVR) then you will not be the at fault party or vice-versa.

If you want me to go into further detail feel free to email me: Michael@zeygerinsurance.com

OP, the car looks great! Looks like the work done was very high quality
