Default Questions About IS 350 F Sport

I currently drive a 2009 BMW 335i. I have an opportunity to trade it in and get a 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport with 22k miles on it for about $36k. Does this sound like a good deal?

What about the car itself. Any advice on the reliability of the vehicle and how easily it can be tuned and what not?

Thanks.

What are all of the options? Options can add about 10k to the price of the car (new).
That is probably a fair price.

Reliability: It's a Lexus
Tuned: It can't be tuned. You can't really do anything to make it faster (and keep your warranty) aside from weight reduction.

Paid $42k with 0% interest for a brand new 2014 fully loaded 350 f sport, msrp $49k. Seems decent if loaded but might be able to get it for $1k or $2k less.

That is the same price i got my IS350 Fsport fully loaded with Cpo warranty in January. The mileage on my purchase was 24k though.

It was when the 15s were just out, and that's why the deal was so great. Was the exact color combo we wanted too, and even luckier, another nearby dealer had the exact same 2014 car, so was able to negotiate back and forth until one wouldn't go any lower.

Point is when you factor in the 0% finance they give on year old models which saves a couple thousand, and the few thousand they sell last years model under invoice for, any car used with like 10k miles will cost the same as the brand new year old model at the dealer.

Not sure of the exact packaging on the IS 350 F Sport but it has Navigation, Upgraded Sound, Blind Spot Assist, Heated Seats, Keyless Entry & Start, Backup Camera, and Parking Sensors. Without knowing the details of packages, the car does sound pretty fully loaded.

While the 335i is a great car, it is a 2009 and my CPO is ending on it. I feel it is time to move on before I get stuck with a massive repair bill (Just had misfires last week which resulted in new plugs and 6 new injectors...cost $2800 but I was only on tap for the CPO $50 deductible)

Not possible. Park Assist is not available on F-sport. Are you sure it has "upgraded sound?" Did you see the Mark Levinson logo on the console?

I see the car in person this weekend. The posting mentions Parking Sensors and upgraded sound. Where would the Mark Levinson logo be?

It will be in the door just beneath the radio. It will also have a silver volume **** if it's a ML system

Just got the invoice on the car. The options are as follows.

F FK F SPORT Package: Exterior: F SPORT front bumper & spindle grille, LED Headlamps (low & high beam), 18" F SPORT Split 5-Spoke Wheels, FR 225/40R18 RR 255/35R18, Summer Tires Interior: TFT instrument cluster, Heated front F SPORT seats, Perforated leather steering wheel & shift ****, Black headliner, Aluminum Pedals Performance: Adaptive Variable Suspension & SPORT S+ Mode

F NV Navigation Package: Backup Camera, Remote Touch Interface, Lexus Enform with App Suite, Destination Assist & eDestination (includes 1-year trial subscription), Lexus Insider, Voice Command, HD Radio with real-time traffic and weather

Accessories

F BD Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert

I take it then that this car does not have ML sound system. Is that assumption correct?

Is the pricing accurate?

No ML, looks like standard audio. And no Parking assist. Just the standard reverse camera withe Blind Spot monitoring.
