At almost 5k miles, seems like my new car smell is almost gone. In the heat, it almost smells like burnt plastic! Maybe it's the interior products i've been using but it doesn't smell the same. At night it still smells new.

Who uses air refresher? I'm thinking about getting this or the stripper kind! haha

Millefiori oxygen scent is one of the best looking ones IMO, pricey though!

I tried a few of scents from them and the staying power was not very good at all in my opinion. A few hours at best and I sprayed quite a bit around the car also. Stripper scent was nice though

Lysol aerosol sprayed into the carpet twice a week. Works well. I have not used the chemical guys products.

Go to Nordstroms spray every male cologne that your nose prefers onto those white sample papers and put them in various places in your car.

i use the squash one. walmart had the big tray gel thing so thats under the passenger seat and i have the spray i use after i clean the interior every week. the tray keeps the smell going for about a month to 2 depends how often i leave my windows down. but i love it and lasts a long time. never really liked stripper scent but ive been wanting to try that new car smell.

Thanks for the replies! hmm maybe it's only on hot days but other times it's okay. I have a lot of expensive colognes but they don't last long. I gotta try the squash from walmart later!
