Don't take this the wrong way cause I want you to get a good deal.
DO NOT POST AGAIN UNTIL YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO POST FOR US:
Msrp
Sale price (cap cost)
Lease duration
Mileage per year
Residual %
Money factor
As your dealer to provide these or you walk.

Lexus Test Driver
But I think the OP has left the building.

He will probably stop off at Walmart, get a neck brace, head to a lawyer's office and end up a few RCF's
Okay so what is your plan when i side swipe you coming off the lot and total your brand new car that you leased up front and my insurance company writes a check to Toyota financial????
P.S. this better be for a 350 because if its for a 250 that deal could easily be had without paying a dime up front.

Agressive lease advice !
Hey guys id like to start off by saying I don't have all the details for the car such as MF, and residual but I have been quoted a price for a 2015 lexus is250 f sport black/red with NAV and I want your advice if I should go forward.
Lease offer
36 months
ZERO DUE AT SIGNING
10k miles per year
389 per month including tax
MSRP- $46,000
sales price-$40,000
I want your advice as to whether I should take this deal or not, my original deal was $350 per month but once they ran my credit score it was a tier 4 credit score and the best deal they could give me is $389 per month, They asked if I want NAV or not and if I do decide to take out Nav then what should I counter offer ????

IMHO, I'd wait until you get a better credit score. I had a tier 1 when I leased and I wish I waited until I got tier 1+ so I'd have more leverage for making a deal at the dealership.
If you can't wait, just make sure you don't pay over $400 over after taxes. Leasing a 250 should only be in the 300's.

the dealership also asked if I don't want Navigation then it would drop the price as well, I think I might go ahead and tell them to drop the Nav, how much would the monthly price drop ?

Lead Lap
Sheesh. There's a new thread on this lease every week. I don't even know what questions are left to ask/answer. If you are Tier 4, your bargaining power is pretty diminished.
