Only if you don't get all weather floor mats.
Milk will get spilt & will stink to high heaven if it gets in the carpet.

Oh yea..and throw up & other small gunk is hard to get out of the perforated holes in the seats.

Irrational is this question. Nothing wrong with that, it's not a Nissan 370z. 4 doors, anchor points for car seats are placed perfectly throughout the rear seats. Plus, get the Beat-Sonic bypass module, and you have in car DVD entertainment. If you think having kids and owning a IS350 is immoral or irresponsible, you may need to grow up a bit before actually raising children.

I have two kids (a 3 year old and a 6 week old). I put protective covers under both car seats to catch any spills, but that's not often an issue for us. The front facing car seat for my 3 year old is fine, but the rear facing infant seat takes up a lot more room and is challenging - it forces me to put the front passenger seat further forward than I would otherwise prefer. My wife can ride in that seat, but she's 5'8" and it's not overly comfortable. Our 3 year old outgrew her infant seat in about 10 months, so we'll just deal with it for now with the boy.

Thank you all for your comments. Appreciate it. We do have RDX but I seem to be the Nancy Pelosi of the household by default.

For the record I am not Charlie Sheen, maybe used to be but never again. More like Taylor Swift these days.

Then take that car and shake it off. LOL jk

It's still a family sedan IMO, it'll treat you and your baby right.

It's a sedan, and with good marks when it comes to crash safety ratings. I have no idea what about it and having a baby would be impractical or irresponsible.

LOL @ all these posts trying to make the F-Sport equipped IS into some exotic sports car. it's just like any other IS except for some visual changes in exterior and interior. the only mechanical difference is the suspension, which is still very stock-like. so no, it's not wrong to have a FSport IS if you have a kid.

I'm not sure why it would be wrong in any way, other than you are afraid you woudln't afford both? Otherwise, no clue what you're getting at OP. Heck, I'll have the NX for work/kids, wife had her car for work/kids, and my camaro...well...hell will freeze over before they ride in it

I have a G35 coupe with 2 kids... They are comfy so no problems but my back hurts getting them in and out. I'm getting an IS350 F sport to be "responsible" and "grown-up"
