i was just told i have to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday until i can see my car........ something about that part is back ordered..... =(

can anyone explain what open short circuit mean and what do they mean they will replace the navigational display?

AAA has said battery was issue due to bad cell, dealer tested and said it is not a battery that had bad cell.......

good thing everything is on warranty, but still what would happen when my warranty expires? =(

maybe there was a defect in the nav unit where it was drawing power from the battery when the car is off, hence the battery drain

What they're trying to say is somewhere between the alternator, battery and nav, a connection isn't complete within the nodes, so there is a drop off of current.
That's just my speculation, so if there is a stray current open or short, that means you could be electrocuted!

They told me my car is done.. Ill pickup my car soon... They said they replaced the whole navigation dash, ac unit etc... Sounds serious.. Hope everything is covered...
