Default Buying wheels not sure which ones

So i'm looking at 19' I have stock springs as houston road sucks and I don't want to scratch.
My budget is roughly 1500-1800 for wheels as I'd need new tires as well. Looking at 5/6 spoke. The car is suppose to be my daily so nothing too crazy but head turning is good

I might eventually get the F Sport Springs when it comes out so i hope the wheels work without rubbing.

My car's color is nebula grey, anyone have any suggestions? Vossen is out of question as they're too expensive for my budget, don't want to drop 2.5-3 grand on just wheels.

When I was shopping around for wheels, I was looking at quite a few before my final decision. Browse the Classifieds to see what is out there already, and get an idea of which direction wheels you want. It's all personal taste. I can tell you, I was looking at that same price range and I was considering:

BBS SR's (Anthracite) $375/wheel
O.Z. Superturismo GT (Matte Grey) $350/wheel
O.Z. Superturismo LM (Matte Graphite Silver) $390/wheel
Enkei Raijin (Hyper Silver) $280/wheel
SSR GTV01 GTV02 GTV03 $470/wheel

Those were some I researched a lot on and I found complimented the car and the direction I was going for. Get an idea, and go from there. Good luck on your wheel hunt!

Everyone has Vossen's props to you for being original. I have Niche gt5 m133's and they were under 2k.

Default So

So Im figure I'm gonna go with Velgen 19 but I'm not sure if it'll rub on stock spring/shock and if I add spacer would it run? What type of tires and specs would you guys recommend? I don't want the tires to be too squeezed as this is my DD I need functional more than looks.

You will have no issues with rubbing, at all. The tire size I recommend for stock height would be 235/35 in the front and a 265/30 in the rear. You do not need spacers for our wheels.

Here are a few pictures of an IS 250 F-Sport on VMB5s 19x9 & 19x10.5. It is lowered on RSR downs and does not rub. Also no spacers are on the car

ok

http://www.wheelfire.com/scontent/wh...tion=F%20Sport

Size: Front 19x9, Rear 19x9.5

Tires: FALKEN AZENIS PT722
245/35/19, 275/30/19

Are these pretty solid for a DD, i'm looking for safety/function/endurance for DD not crazy stance or w/e.

Let me know what you guys think? I didn't know the VMB5 came rare 9.5? is this for my car?

I agree they look great and I seriously considered the CV7's but after much thought. I saw nothing personal about "personalizing" your car when you log onto forums like this one for example. Only to see other people with the identical color vehicle of me, with the identical rims. I guess I care about uniqueness, individualism and true personalization of peoples vehicles.

On that note alone I don't care about the quality of them or price of them at that point. They are no different in my eyes than "common" factory rims.

Custom color

Forgestar are being used on GMG on their Porsche 997 Race car

I have never seen anyone run Vossen on the track
