Default Wheel fitment

Hey guys I want to know if a 18x8.5 et 33 up front and 18x9.5 38et will clear on 225 & 255 tires lowered on tien springs?

Yup.
Letting you know your rears will be a little aggressive. Not much room for error though. You'll be good.

Will running a et25 with 245 be fine?

I wouldn't push it that far. I'm not into too much of an aggressive look. But that is up to you.
I'd say no.
