Default Rioja interior

Contemplating getting the red interior over the black. It has lots of "cool" factor now,but I keep my cars for ten years, will it be cool then? What are your thoughts on this(other than personal preference)? Thanks for all replies.

I love my Rioja Red and so does everyone that has seen it. Check out this thread. Rioja Red seems to be the most preferred by this forums members.

Black is the safer bet long term, but also makes less of a statement.

I think everyone agrees that dark color are better in the long run. However, it also involves how much care you give to the leather. If you are a meticulous guy with your car's interior, then go for the Rioja. Otherwise, stay with Black!

after owning many different interior colors, I prefer black interior. It just has that classy and timless look. Red is nice but they just don't look the same after few years. I wish my black came with red stitching though.

It's a sports sedan... Red gives it that extra edge!

The first time buying red interior, you are not so sure because it's so different, but after ownership now no regrets going with red. Lots of compliments on it too.

red seats are definitely nice, it gives the interior pop. It nicely exhibits the interior features of this vehicle. Only downside is that my jeans transfer easily onto the red, it takes periodic maintenance to keep it looking fresh. I wipe it down with microfiber towel and warm water once a week and it gets rid of the colour transfers nicely. Just remember not to leave any stains on it for an extended period of time and you should have nothing but compliments.

i think the red interior is nice RIGHT NOW, but i think black will still look nice in 10 years, as long as it's well maintained

White and red combination is the most popular one. My dealer said it is easiest to sell so they even give more discount on white and black than on white and red. In fact when I bought mine, he was giving me $1000 more discount on white and black but i chose red interior. It looked really unique and very nice.

In the long run the black interior may be a better to have but for 5-6 years red interior does have a slight edge over black one. May even have a better resale value.

No one can see 10 years into the future. Who knows, maybe yellow will be the hot interior color in 2025!

I say to get what you will be happy with right now.

^ I agree, OP if you like the red get it... I know your plan is to keep it 10 years but anything can change.
