Not meant to ruin this thread as it belongs to 3IS --- sorry gpxluke

Here you go --- this particular weather strip mod has been popular for 2IS owners on MinKara Carview blog as well. There are many threads/personal blog/part review related to this mod on that blog site. This particular one below is useful to you as it shows parts number. Again the parts is from GS.

You can also search by using the keyword "ウェザーストリップ" -- (weather strip)

Clear picture of the strip for 2IS.

View with the closed doors. The black strip is almost invisible on the black car )

Thanks for the pics...looks great! Hardly even noticeable.

How well has it kept the rain & dirt out of the door jambs?

Very effectively, even in winter these weather strips keep the jambs clean )

I am curious if they make the road/wind noise even less?

Not sure how well it keeps the rain & dirt but it does give the car more luxury sound when shutting the door, it's a more solid sound when closing it

Never thought of that, great observation! Definitely sounds like it's worth the $30. Thanks!

I just ordered the weather strips from Sewell and other misc small items (key chain etc). I am gonna install those strips as soon as I receive the package and post my review and pix. Thanks a lot OP for a simple, cheap and quite useful mod.

Any other weather strips from GS (or other larger Lexus) that we can use on our 3IS that anybody know of? Those strips should decrease amount of wind noise (other than its apparent sealing function).

I didn't even notice that it didn't come with weather strips. It's definitely worth the investment if you plan to keep the car for a while.
