Lease prices for 2015 IS350/250 F sport
I decided to make a new thread because, I had difficulty getting responses from people in the Prices paid thread. Lets hear the deals you guys got on your F sports. Please list your out of pocket money down, and your term and monthly payments. Please list the dealer you got it from also, so we can reach out to them for similar deals. I'm trying to pick up a 350 F sport within the month and want every advantage I can get when the dealers around me in NY throw $600+ per month at me. Thanks!!!

Money down with lease deals
hi all i am about to buy an is and been reading the deals especially with leasing, i am just noticing how many people are getting caught up in any money down with a lease excluding the normal first month and taxes and tags.
If your leasing, always negotiate one dealer against another telling one the other is 25$ lower
always end by closing with extra mileage so if you have a 10k lease on the table at time of purchase pulling the trigger tell them you will move forward with 12k and your will sign now, worst case scenario they say no 7 out of 10 they will absorb the extra 6k in mileage
always negotiate the lease number tax in
always try to stay with 36 months or less, tires and brakes become an issue approaching 40 -50 k with mileage
always always no money down excluding some start up fees, i prefer a sign and drive but with the nice product lexus has built they have some leverage on us but all your doing is putting profit in the dealers pockets with money down
i know some will say i did it to bring my payment in budget, if thats the case don't buy the lexus and wait till you can afford a no money down lease
safe driving to all

I received this lease information from a dealer today. 24 month lease 10k residual is 76% 12k residual is 74%. On a 27 month lease the 10K residual is 74% and 12K is 73%. The money factor I was quoted was .00205.
Does this money factor seem correct? How much can it be lowered to if I use the 9 msd's?

Not sure what the rate is now, but in Oct it was .0013 for a 2015 IS. Try the leasing discussion at Edmunds.com - the moderators have access to most of the up to date money factors. In the meantime, an honest, up front dealer will be straight with you and inform you what the rate is - after all, it will be on the lease agreement you are required to sign.

You really have to get at least two dealerships on board and compete with each other.
I leased my 2015 Is 250 F sport with NAV back in OCT with MSRP of 42,499.
In Dallas at Park Place Lexus, we were able to get a lease price of 15k miles per year, 0 due at signing. 36 month lease, for exactly 500 (that's tax included) per month. All TT&L were rolled into the monthly payment. I don't remember the exact MF, I have to look at it.
Across town at Sewell Lexus, the best price we gotten from anyone over there was 580 per month with exact same terms.
I walked into the dealership not trying to the Hero of clublexus forum and get steal of the century. After doing some research I set a price ($500) for which I thought was reasonable for the terms that I wanted, be firm, but let them know if we get to the numbers, I was ready to close out the deal that day.

i was just quoted :
2015 IS 350 F Sport in ultra white or roja red
MSRP $49385
Invoice $46500
Selling price $45000
For a 27 month/12k mile a year lease with $1000 out of pocket, your payment is $575 month.
Money factor .0015
Residual (on a $49385 msrp) 72%
from a dealer in CT.
monthly payment sounds way high..
any advice?

That's a decent deal - you might be able to shave some off by shopping around - depends on whether you think it's worth the effort - 497 with less than $1k at signing isn't bad at all if that includes sales tax.
