Am I missing something? Did the end of year sale begin?

Only one way to find out. Go to the dealer and ask. We can all tell you yes it's possible, but if the dealer doesn't agree, our word has no worth to the dealers

Go to http://www.truecar.com and http://www.cars.com and configure your build, it will tell you what is a decent possible price.

December to Remember is what you will be looking for at the end of the year. History, or at least my experience, tells me the hottest cars are not really discounted during this promotional period. I got my car in December last year (actually contracted in August). So while I was at the dealership, I asked for info on what they were offering. Last year they were only offering the IS250 at a reasonable price during the D to R event. Nothing 'special' on the 350. At least that was at my dealership network. Who knows. I know the guys in Cali always seem to get better deals. More dealers out there to work over!

I cannot tell what lost you guys are responding to when there is no quote attached.
So, it sounds like I am correct in thinking that the response from the dealership was off.
Question still remains. Anyone know if I will be able to get a 15 with the f sport awd and nav/ml for 45?

Ending up with a grand total MSRP of $57,715
Not a very accurate calculation.
However, thank you guys for the responses. I had one dealer willing to go to $46,499 with exact options. With that in mind, it was mentioned that the prices are good through January 5th on this sale. Does this mean the prices will go up after that?

Here's the letter I got the other day
Nothing on special on the IS350 as someone mentioned above, but I would get as many dealers involved as possible and see who gives you the best price. At least, that's what I am doing

Truecar has 3 "group" options. And the f sport is an additional $14,490. Because it also has the "luxury package" and "tech package"
