What year is your car? It's a monthly subscription you need. My 2015 IS250 F sport came with it complimentary for a year. I just DL'd the app on my Android (from Play Store called Lexus Enform Remote) and put in my VIN number, hit SOS in my car and they programmed it for me.

did u try downloading the app on your phone and registering your car? is the car 12 months old yet? you may get it for free for a year.
