Lowered on rsr down. I have rubbed in the rear once with full passenger and full tank but never just riding with another passenger. Running on contis extreme contact dws.

Hello all, I am a noob when it comes to wheels, and just want some confirmation before I pick up a set of Rays on Kijiji.

My ride: 2014 IS350 F-Sport AWD

Found this set of wheels: 19x8.5 square setup A34 Rays Engineering rims, offset +35

Can someone please tell me if there will be issues fitting wise? I also plan to lower on RSR downs in the summer time.

I don't see any fitting issues, but I'm not an expert by any means! Since the most common used offset for square set setups on IS is +38, I think you'll be fine. You should also choose your tires carefully. Maybe 235-35/19 or something wider (245-35/19 or 255-30/19)
