Those are Gramlights 57 Extreme should be 18x9.5 .

I know what the brand and model is. I don't think that's the size tho...

The front wheels are probably 19x8.5 et38. I am more interested in the rear fitment. They are either 19x9.5 et35/43 or 19x10.5 et43.

Just wanted to confirm with the owner...if he/she is on here.

Why don't you get a hold of evasive motorsports and ask them, there name is plastered all over those pictures, I am sure they would be able to tell you

I asked Evasive a while back. They didn't tell me the wheel specifications on that particular car, but they did recommed the following specifications for the 3IS:

19x8.5 +38
19x9.5 +43

I may be wrong but the rears would have to be wider at 10.5 et43. I found this pic and it seems like these would be the 19x9.5 et43.

The rear rims look too wide for 9,5 ET43. 10,5 is the right width for this shot I think, but with 43 mm offset it should definitely rub.

In my mind...yes but looks like the 19x10.5 et45 with 265/30 Falken tires fit. I believe the car is lowered on RS*R Down Strings.
