Rear Bumper Removal

It's fairly easy to remove. Open the trunk and remove the 2 screws on either side by the tail lights.
Remove the tail lights by pulling straight back on them. Under the lights you'll see several clips holding the bumper, 4-5 I can't remember exactly how many.
Remove the 4-5 fasteners that hold the bottom of the diffuser to the bottom pan.
The last, and most difficult is removing the screws accessible through the rear wheel wells. You have to remove some of the fasteners holding the rear wheel well inner liner then find the screws, one on each side.
You don't need to remove anything in the trunk, however we did pull the trunk mat out to use as a pad once the bumper was removed. Be careful not to scratch the bumper.
The only other suggestion is replacing the fasteners that hold the diffuser to the bumper with bolts and nuts instead of using the factory push fasteners...then again this depends on the diffuser you're installing. I installed a seibon carbon fiber diffuser, it looks like the original but has that neat CF look and shine.
Ping me if you have any questions.
Cheers, Tim
