I am looking for a black on black 2014 IS 350 F sport Awd and hope to find one for around $40k. I'm good with it being 15k or less miles.


What are your guys's thoughts?

I will have it shipped to me if needed, within the US.

You can get to that price before the year ends. You said within the US, so I'm thinking of trying to get it here in SoCal.

The have that is at my local dealer, 2014 IS350 black/red and AWD F-Sport new. You can definitely get it a used one for 40k. You may be able to get one new 40-42k since none is looking to buy the 14 model during the December to Remember sales event.

Just a thought - safely shipping a car can get very expensive, especially coast to coast - it can run a couple grand.

You might be better off working a great deal on a 2015 in Jan/Feb or look for a 2014 locally.

Look on autotrader and set your parameters - you can set up email notifications as vehicles become available.

Plan is to use our tax return for some down, so I figure around February.

Geez - with all due respect - just watch autotrader and Carmax.com - you'll get a great idea of what the market is. Per your posts, you're not even close to pulling the trigger.

Check out the "how much did u pay for your is250/350. Most people were getting their new fully loaded 2014 is350 for around $42-44k. I actually paid just under $42k for mine. Awd might cost 1k more or so.
