Default Considering buying this new 2014 is350 f sport

This is a 2014, not 2015. What would be a good price to pay? Dealer is offering at invoice, how much lower would be a good deal?

Because the car is a year old now, the dealerships are willing to sell them under invoice. Just trying to find out how far under invoice a "good deal" for this car would be. 41k-42k would put the car at $2,500 to $3,500 under invoice.

Is a 2015 IS350 F Sport worth getting? Only real differences is ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, and upgraded Enform software. Also I've noticed most now come with deck spoiler installed instead of it being an option.
Is it worth that extra couple of thousand dollars? Or better deal to get a 2014 at a lower price which can probably be dealt to low $40k range?

41-42K should be about right, also point out to the dealer the 14 model isn't compatible with Enform Remote and the factory Lexus engine starter. Not a big deal but you want to point out as many missing features over the 15 model which more people will want.

I went into a dealer this past weekend. Looked at a 2014 IS 350 F-Sport msrp at a bit over $49,000. They wouldn't go any lower than $45500. I walked...I'm thinking I should be able to get a better price than that somewhere else.

It depends on where you're from. $45,500 might be tell lowest they go in your area. CA and FL are flooded with Lexus dealerships
