It was a guess on my part due to the limited info given us about the car, did he pay MSRP or not, didn't give us the MF or residual price. He gave us the monthly payment and MSRP and the length of lease and that was about it. Has to assume a lot of things to figure out if he got a good deal or not. The MF is one of the things the dealers can play games with. In this case if he paid MSRP he probably got a better MF than normal. Again all guesses

I calculated:

Negotiated Price: $47,750.00
Cap Cost Reduction: $3500
MF: 0.00085
Residual: 64% (36m/12k)
Taxes and Fees $3000 (upfront)

That puts me at $414.24/month.

Vehicles registered in NY are not allowed multiple security deposits.

Lexus Financial Website says New York is the only state where they are not allowed. Im from CT and I considered them and the dealer didn't tell me I couldn't use them.
