Hey guys, my car just went through a nasty hail storm. Anyone go through this yet? Ive got a couple appointments set with 2 body shops in town. Anyone here from denver metro area have any recommendations on body shops or paint less dent repair?

Oh man. that's rough. I heard about the storms from a friend of mine who lives out there. But he has a garage and of course his cars were protected. He did however, suffer severe roof damage to his house.

Hail damage is a bear. I'm no insurance guy, but I have heard that hail damage can total a car. Yikes!

That sucks. There was a big storm I believe on Monday. People in Aurora got hit hard. I work in DTC and hail did come down but only smaller ones so no damage on my car luckily

But my car has had hail damage in the past and had a local shop PDR just my hood for $300 out of pocket. Had probably 4 big dents and 4-5 more smaller dents. Came out perfect.

Company was Rocky Mountain Dent

Didn't they do a bit on Mythbusters about a dimpled car much like a golf ball getting better gas mileage....so there's that.

Anyone here have experience with Intellident? They are a paintless dent repair shop that's located across the country. The offered to pay my deductible and supply a rental car if I need it.

Ouch!...how cold does it get in Denver? in the past, some of my cars hail damage would literally undo themselves when temps consistently were below 0 when I lived in South Dakota

It hails in San Diego like once every year or two, very unpredictable. It's not going to be as bad as Colorado but I think it will do some damage, small scratches.
