Is it true people are leasing into new 350 F Sports for 399-429/month?? AWD or RWD?

My current lease is up in 2 months. Went in to look at 350, salesman comes back with a 250 and tells me I'm paying $46k for it, and also wanted me to roll my excess miles into it on top of the MSRP price. I laughed at him. Wouldn't even budge on a '14 and I'm a returning customer.

If those 399-429 numbers are true, please let me know where. I will call them tomorrow and see if they can help me.

Yup. Tons of deals here in CA, but the demand is less and the inventory is high, so dealers here are willing to budge on prices.

I think all of the really great deals are in CA, I know here in Florida there was no way to get those kind of prices. I got about $3,000.00 off msrp plus some money towards what was owed up front on my 2015.

I know your post is asking about a IS 350 but I have a 2014 IS 250 F Sport with Nav that I'm leasing from JM Lexus in south Florida... I put $2000 and I'm paying $345 a month for 27 months. So I can def see a 350 F sport going for something not too far off from the numbers you posted.

California pricing is very aggressive, so I guess it's possible to be in that monthly range for an IS350, but you'd probably have to put some money down, which I personally never do on a lease. I was able to get $5k off MSRP on my IS250 here in Colorado, which took a little bit of effort given our less aggressive market.

Best thing you can do is deal with Internet sales instead of a sales guy in a dealership. Ping a bunch of dealerships around you via email with your targeted price and see which ones bite. Your dealer is probably thinking they have you cornered because of your excess miles. I went through the same thing with my original dealership. Bought a CT from them a month before my IS and still could not get them down to where I needed pricing to be.

Cali, anyone got a good dealer I should call or should I just hit up cars.com and find some?

And the JM Lexus deal. You got a 250 f sport for $345. Do u remember your sales guys name by chance? I know JM well, cousin was big there.

And one last question. How would leasing a Lexus outside of Denver effect my current lease and turn in with Lexus?

Who are you working with in Denver? I got my car from Stevinson of Lakewood in Denver and still managed to get $5k off MSRP. I don't think you need to stray too far to get a good deal. $399-$429/mos on an IS350 AWD will be tough without a good downpayment or enough security deposits to lower your payment that much but you should be able to get a good discount off MSRP. IS350 AWD FSport with Nav/ML will set you back around $50k MSRP. Without NAV/ML, you'll be around $47k MSRP which gives you some room to negotiate down to the $429 range, so it should be possible without the NAV. Hard to find one without NAV though. When I was shopping around, every 350 I found had the NAV/ML in it already.

I'm in RI. Leased a '14 Ultra White IS350 FSport AWD (MSRP $48,953) back on March 30th 2014 for $450 a month (including state taxes 7%) for 27 months.. put down $2500 which included first months payment ttl fees.

My cousin leased a '14 350 FSPORT AWD (MRSP $49K) on August 31th for $415 a month (including state taxes 7%).

I think the Golden Opportunity sales event ended September 2nd, so not sure how willing dealers will be now that they've got their sales numbers for the end of the month already.

Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys, CA (LA Area) set me up with a '14 IS350 F-Sport RWD with ML/NAV and BSMs + preferred accessories package.

I had only a $500 trade in (my old car was a rust bucket) toward the cap cost reduction and final negotiated price was just above 43k so I got around $5k off MSRP. Monthly payment before I added the wear and tear package (Just to give you an idea of the cost before service add ons-extras) was $505 and some change.

I used a True Car quote to get my negotiated cost and quite frankly there was no negotiation. This cost came in under what I was expecting to pay. I tried to get a little lower but they said they weren't going below the True Car quote.

Oh and this calculator: http://www.ridewithg.com/rwg-calculator/ helps a lot when you're playing around with figures and trying to find out the sweet spot for a monthly payment. It will also keep you a few steps ahead of the dealer when they try to throw in extra fees to get your cost up. The numbers don't lie so knowing how to calculate a lease payment one paper could save you a lot of money in the end.

Not an F-sport but I just grabbed a 2014 IS350 w/nav for $40,600. MSRP was $46,000. The drive off was $1500 with payments of $430 (tax in) a month on a 27 month lease. Dealer picked up the first months payment also. I added the excess wear package for $525 so the actual drive off was $2025. I didn't want to roll the wear packing into the lease. Fair enough deal imo since the dealer bought out my IS250 lease with 19 months remaining on it. JM Lexus was the dealer.

Santa Monica Lexus is really good. My buddy got a 2014 350 F-Sport, fully loaded for $2000 drive off with $400/month.

Check the lease terms, but usually you're not allowed to lease from another state than your residence.

Ya one dealer told me he can't do out of state leases. Others are cool with it.
