I've got a nice quote for MSRP 45,665 for 42,000. Although I do have other motivated dealers. One is asking if I want to lease and I'm not sure if I should tell him. He said that he wanted to know if he'll be able to get his money back on the car. Also if someone said their invoice was 42,4 what should I do to see if they're interested in negotiating?
There are various threads here about leasing. Do a search and you'll see some popular ones. One trick I learned for when you're leasing - get as many dealers involved as possible. Also, negotiate the MF (money factor), don't put anything down but "drive-off fees", and do MSD's (Multiple Security Deposits)

Absolutely - if you can get the vehicle for nothing out of pocket - do it! Especially if you are able to use max msd's. You get to use someone else's money for free or almost free.
