Glossy black vinyl...scratches??
New to the forum, just got a 2014 IS350 AWD F-sport. White with red interior. Love the car (after I got over the shock of some creature comforts missing, i.e, memory seats, remote start etc).
I'm thinking about getting the roof done in a high gloss vinyl wrap. I've heard that it shows a ton of scratches and imperfections really bad though. Now I'm having second thoughts. Does anyone have some reviews/feedback after having it done? Thanks

I have the glossy vinyl black roof, almost 1 year and barely any visible scratches/swirls. I'd say it holds up no worse than Obsidian paint - in fact it looks better.

Sounds like it's pretty solid if you use a high quality vinyl.
Any recommendations for an installer in the NY/NJ area? A place I called doesn't do the shark fin antenna so I need someone that can so that also.

Can you guys share the product ID for the "high quality vinyl"
in my country, they have so many Oracal and 3m lines. i really have no idea which will hold up against the outdoor heat, UV and rain.
Thanks!
