New painted bumper, you will have to get the clear bra redone whichever option you take. It looks bad enough, drpaintchip won't even be able to mask it.

At this point it won't hurt to try touch up paint and sanding.

I would just use touch up paint and leave it....

I've had my car for 6 months, running 15000 miles to be exact from last night... i've got rock dent on my hood, luckily no chip on paint, i've got my car hit by someone in the parking lot (front bumper and left headlight and LED) got them replace.... after that, i got multiple rock chips here and there on my front bumper and front corner area of the fenders. Knowing that it is 6 months, i'm sure i'm going to get more. I drive on the 710 in LA to work for 40 minute each trip and i come across 239848234 of trucks that transport rocks and gravel. Your car will get battle scars eventually.... just touch it up so it looks better unless you have a friend that will inspect every single little thing.....

(i should of got a clear bra)

If you want it to look like it did before you drove it over a curb, the only option is to repaint it. If you don't want to spend that money, you are the reason I will never buy a lease return, CPO or not.

I would honestly just buy a lip to cover it up and you get a nice look. That's what I would do. Heard something is coming out for Seibon?
